This timeless classic towel rail is perfect for residential and hospitality use, featured in many famous hotels and homes around the world. Typically found but not limited to the following finishes such as brass, gold and as a chrome towel radiator.
Hand crafted in England using 1 ¼” (32mm) brass tube and casted ball joints and wall mounts, the Fairton uses classic Victorian inspired curvaceous joints and mounts to achieve its timeless design.
The Fairton towel radiator can also be manufactured to a range of bespoke and custom finishes; with the ability to match other manufacturer finishes incl. Dornbracht, Hansgrohe and Barber Wilson.
Hexavalent chromium electroplating is used to achieve a superior chrome towel radiator to other chrome heated towel rails on the market, which use the popular alternative method trivalent electroplating. Experienced artisans and chemists ensure the chrome towel rail radiators are superior in their surface performance, shine and clarity to their competition.
Before the chrome heated towel rails are plated in chrome they are first plated with a thin micron layer of Nickel that the Chromium is then plated on top of to produce a superior crafted chrome towel radiator.
When Gold plating the towel rails including Hansgrohe brushed red Gold or Champagne Gold, the same process is used starting off with the chrome towel radiator with Nickel plated underneath, this ensures the Nickel is active and Gold will plate on to the chrome towel radiator at a higher rate for a better quality electrolysis and finish match.
Electroplating the Chromium immediately after Nickel electrolysis means the Nickel underneath the Chrome towel radiator stays active, giving the ability to change the Chrome towel radiator finish to a Gold finish even after years of use.
Using hexavalent chromium-electroplating process for chrome towel radiators ensures there is a lower chance of surface marking when using the towel rail. The Gold and chrome towel radiators are also easier to clean with lower maintenance required.
The Fairton is available in 3 configurations.
