The Selairwood towel stand is crafted in England by skilled craftsmen, this towel stand is made using 1 ¼” Brass tube and simple beautiful joints and floor mounts, resulting in a simple modern towel heated for large bathrooms. The Kingwood towel dryer is perfect for large garments and towel, this towel stand is popular for residential and hospitality use, found in large bathrooms and dress rooms.
This freestanding towel dryer uses curved rails to connect two towel heaters together, making it perfect to be situated next to a bathtub, keeping warm garments and towels close to hand, when most needed.
The Selairwood is made using casted stamped joints, to achieve its simple radius corners. Skilled machinist and fabricator will cut the Brass tube to length, ready to be pre-polished removing all surface markings. The towel stands joints are then individually polished, ready for skilled artisans to hard solder the simple joints and rails together. The curved rails are then cut to side and hard soldered into the towel heaters joining them together. The towel dryer side components are assembled to the rails, ready to be polished and inspected.
This towel dryer is available in the classic hot water and dual fuel configurations and also electric, which uses Opus’s dry trace-heating cable, requiring no water, oil, valves or cover shrouds. This towel stand requires two dual fuel elements due to its size; these can be fitted into the floor mounts for a concealed fixing, or into the side rails, which will leave the element cables visible.
This towel stand is available in a range of finishes including Antique Urban Brass and Polished Gold. The towel heater is also able to be finished matched to other manufacturer finishes, including Bard and Braziers Light Antique Bronze, Samuel Heaths Satin Nickel or Powder Coated Matt Black.
